The position is for a full time or part time permanent post, the post could also be either 52 or 40 weeks per annum.

Salary starting at £27,000 pro rata per annum (dependant on experience).

Condover College Ltd is a small and independent specialist college and residential care provider in the heart of Shropshire.

We support learners aged 18+ who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities and additional complex needs. The Speech and Language Therapy team is looking for an experienced or a newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join them. You would be working with adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities in both an education and care setting. The role involves carrying out assessments, delivering therapy, training staff and promoting a Total Communication Approach across the organisation. You will need to demonstrate knowledge and application of evidence based practice and be able to manage your workload effectively. You will be supported by the current Speech and Language Therapists and receive supervision and support regularly from the Lead Specialist Speech and Language Therapist.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification, HCPC registration and RCSLT membership. CCL would cover RCSLT and HCPC fees once successfully employed.
