David brings extensive senior leadership experience across NHS, Social care and charity settings including Sussex Partnership NHS Trust, The Social Care Institute for Excellence, and the Centre for Ageing Better. His strategy and governance knowledge is drawn from both sides of the board table in executive, trustee and Chair roles.
David’s focus is on developing and delivering impactful programmes, developing meaningful and challenging organisational strategy, implementing tangible EDI approaches, and leading change management and business process redesign to deliver service improvement.
