With over twenty years’ experience, Victoria has operated as a commercially focused strategist across the health, social care and pharmaceutical sectors, including founding and growing her own consulting practice.
Victoria has contributed to national and sector leading initiatives, including serving on the NICE Digital Health Technology Steering Group and the Oxford Responsible Use of Generative AI in Social Care Steering Group. Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of how data-driven models are evaluated, regulated and scaled, and how digital approaches can enhance both impact and accountability.
Victoria has worked with ARC England since 2020, with an emphasis on rigorous research, scaling impact and effective delivery through strong management structures aligning closely with her experience of supporting executive teams to translate robust evidence into sustainable, scalable practice across complex systems.
