Do you have experience in an IT support role? Looking for a new adventure supporting big changes to technology across the business?
We’re looking for an Applications Analyst to join us and assist with the effective day to day operation and maintenance of the delegated elements that comprise the NCHA IT system.

Configuring and tuning of applications, ensuring optimum performance and efficiency of databases, systems and internet services will be an important part of your role.

Providing implementation services for new applications, you’ll also assist with the selection and procurement of end user services and their configuration. You’ll have a say and the opportunity to make positive changes as we deliver our Technology Roadmap over the next few years, modernising and transforming our IT service!

Using call logging software for faults and requests; you’ll report questions and faults to external suppliers and follow up on queries.  Furthermore as a keen knowledge sharer and true professional at what you do, you’ll work with the Service Desk Trainer to deliver training for new and existing applications.

Had recent experience of working in a customer-focused environment e.g. IT support role or recent experience supporting a core line of business application, as either a super user or application support role? You’ll have a high level of IT and literacy skills including experience of problem solving. The ability to communicate and to present information clearly and concisely both verbally and written, with good attention to detail is also essential.

Working hours

You’ll mainly work standard office hours but occasional out of hours work to support changes/project work is expected.

All successful candidates will be required to take a work related test prior to the interview.
