Our wonderful Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team have an exciting opportunity to join them as an Apprenticeship Support Assistant for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. The L&OD team business partner with all of our departments within NCHA and provide an array of learning activities, as well as being responsible for our colleague engagement survey, colleague voice, talent & apprenticeship offering.

As an Apprenticeship Support Assistant, you will provide support to the Organisational Development team, predominantly, to the Apprentice & Talent Advisor in order to provide co-ordination and an administrative service for new and current colleagues utilising the Apprenticeship offering. Managing contracts with apprenticeship training providers, and other suppliers where necessary.

Enthusiastic, passionate about making a difference and itching to put your experience of administration to good use? You will have an interest in Learning & Development and Apprenticeships programmes and hold a NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent experience. Demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer focussed environment is key as well as being able to successfully manage relationships with internal and external customers. As an effective communicator you will have good team working skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks at work. Experience of Microsoft Office packages to record and monitor data is advantageous.




This post carries between 30 -35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
