Bank Worker Coordinator RUGBY
£11.48 per hour
Part-time – 12 hours per week to be worked flexibly (would suit family friendly hours or as a second job)
Temporary contract for 6 months from September 2022, with a view to the role being made permanent

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic person who shares our key values of equality, choice and independence, to coordinate our pool of casual Bank Workers to support the provision of high quality services to the people we support.
You will lead on the recruitment of all new Bank Workers, ensuring safer recruitment processes are followed, liaising closely with applicants and the Administration department.
You will be the first point of contact for all Bank Workers and conduct 6-monthly supervision meetings with each Bank Worker to provide them with an opportunity to discuss their work performance, discuss any concerns and ensure their health and wellbeing.
You will input training on to the Bank Worker rotas and ensure they attend all induction and ongoing refresher training to enable them to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.
With a flair for administrative work, you will create and maintain accurate records and ensure effective and regular communication with all Bank Workers and the services.
You will receive training and support appropriate to the role.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A DBS CHECK AT THE LEVEL APPROPRIATE TO THE ROLE AND REQUIRED TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE DBS UPDATE SERVICE, THE COSTS OF WHICH WILL BE REIMBURSED ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE 6 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD. THERE IS ALSO THE REQUIREMENT TO REVIEW THE UPDATE SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION ANNUALLY, WHICH IS REFUNDED UPON PROOF OF PAYMENT. IT IS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT TO KEEP THIS SUBSCRIPTION UP TO DATE.
