Brighter Horizons is an independent day centre supporting adults with learning disabilities in the South East of London.
Through an active community based activity programme we aim to build community, enable independence and help adults find belonging. We work with adults of all ages who have a mild to moderate learning disability and are supported by an active Parent-Carers Forum.
Each service user has their own unique timetable, designed to promote their wellbeing and to help them meet their personal goals. We offer swimming, bike riding, cheerleading, golf, yoga, gym sessions, bowling, cooking sessions, arts and crafts, street dance, trampolining and much more. We also have our own allotment and football team.
