Community Integrated Care

Community Integrated Care is one of Britain’s biggest and most successful health and social care charities. We support almost 5000 people who have learning disabilities, mental health concerns, autism, and age-related needs – such as dementia. Our charity was founded in 1988, with the aim of supporting people to leave long-stay hospitals and lead fuller, happier lives in the community. This sense of social purpose remains at our heart today.

Community Integrated Care is pursuing a strategic ambition of becoming ‘The UK’s Leading Health and Social Care Charity’. This sees us promote true personalisation and the voice of the people we support, collaborate with local authorities and CCG’s to deliver innovative services that meet local need, and form thriving partnerships with local and national social care and community groups.
