Reach is the new name for Southwell Care Project. We are a registered charity that supports over 150 adults with learning disabilities in Nottinghamshire. We run learning courses, social activities and projects to help people get the life they want in their own community.
Our activities run from our four bases – Reach Southwell, Reach Newark,Reach Mansfield, and Flower Pod we are also beginning to run short-term courses in other localities across Nottinghamshire.
In addition our care support company – The Care Project provides trained care workers who support adults with learning disabilities on a one-to-one basis.
