Disclosure Scotland Fees
It is free to registered with the ARC Disclosure Service to use our services for your PVG applications with Disclosure Scotland – your only costs are for the individual checks you request.
Disclosure Scotland charge a fixed fee for all checks submitted, ARC administrations fees are additional to the Disclosure Scotland fees, please see below:

We do not charge VAT.
All checks are invoiced to organisations at the end of each month.
**Between 1 August 2026 and 31 July 2027 the Scottish Government will pay the Disclosure Scotland fee of Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme applications for eligible social care worker applications. This will mean that only ARC’s administration fee will be charged for eligible applications between this period. See here for further details of eligibility and how to apply. **
