To use the ARC Disclosure Service for carrying out checks in Scotland we require organisations to be registered with us – registration is free and there are no minimum number of applications you need to carry out…

To register your organisation with the ARC Disclosure Service you will need to complete and return the following 3 forms:

  1. Employers Registration Form for your organisations address details and names of nominated individuals to carry out ID checking
  2. Written Indemnity to be completed as declaration of your compliance with Disclosure Scotland Code of Practice
  3. AD Retention Proforma to be completed as declaration of your compliance with Disclosure Scotland Code of Practice ‘Handling of Information’.

Forward the completed forms by email to: disclosureservice@arcuk.org.uk

Please Note: forms to have a handwritten signature, typed names are not accepted.

Once we have received the completed forms we will register your organisation and provide you with the information you require to begin processing your PVG applications.

You are then ready to start your staff checks.

Please note that for the initial 3 months of joining our Disclosure Service, we will require payment for each application at the time of processing. After the first 3 months, we will send you monthly invoices on 30-day terms for payment.
