PVG Online
In response to customer feedback, the length of time for an applicant to complete their section of the PVG online application has been extended to 14 days from the date of the automated email received by the applicant.
Applicants will  also now receive a reminder notification nine days prior to the link expiry date, followed by a final reminder two days before the link expires.
PVG application advice
- To avoid unnecessary delays in processing PVG Applications: Please ensure that the current address provided on the application form for the applicant matches the address that the applicant provides in their application. Also please ensure that the applicant knows that they will need to provide a full five-year address history
- Scheme Membership Statements do not qualify for Updates, only Full Scheme Records are eligible for this.
- Care should be taken for submitting duplicate applications.
- Discrepancies in applications can cause delays, please review your organisation’s procedures to help avoid this.
