Grant Funding for WDF 2023/24 is Now Open!

ARC England has been successful in our tender to continue to distribute the Workforce Development Fund as a National Lead Partner for this funding year 2023-24, and the fund is now open for claims.

WDF is a fund from the Department of Health, disseminated by Skills for Care to support Adult Health and Social Care providers in England, towards the cost of learners achieving Qualifications from the Skills for Care List of Funded Qualifications and Learning Programmes. Potential funding per learner, per funding year is up to a maximum of £2,000.

WDF is a limited pot of money and is not guaranteed. Employers can claim back a contribution towards the costs of employees completing health and social care qualifications and learning programmes. The fund supports the continuing professional development of staff across the adult social care sector in England.

Our website has been updated with the new documentation and information required for the Funding year 2022-23. Please see here for the WDF information or contact us at [email protected].
