Havencare Homes and Support Limited is a Charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism in Cornwall, Plymouth, Devon and Torbay. We have a range of residential, supported living, and enabling & transition services. Our mission is “Supporting individual journeys through an outcomes focused pathway that empowers the person to realise their potential, make choices and direct their own life”. We are proud of our innovative “Support Pathway©”, underpinned by person centred thinking, positive behaviour support, and active support. This is the basis for our outcomes focussed approach. The Support Pathway© is evidenced in a bespoke online support planning, recording and reviewing tool called “iPLANit”. We believe every individual, regardless of needs, deserves a bespoke service designed and delivered for them, with them, and by them.
