Linkage is a learning disability charity, operating a specialist further education college, care and employment services, and a programme of adult skills across Lincolnshire. Some 300 adult clients benefit from living in a range of accommodation options, from communal housing to independent flats, and community support, providing assistance to clients living elsewhere. The charity’s aim is to help people achieve their full potential and this has been the goal over the last 40 years.
Linkage works with dozens of employers to provide work experience and, ultimately, job opportunities, and it also operates three café enterprises across Lincolnshire.
