Positive Behaviour Support Practice Lead
This position is to support the aims of the charity to continue to deliver Outstanding care, using best practice that enables people with learning disabilities to achieve a good life within their community.
Under the guidance of the Registered Manager and other Senior Managers establish Reach’s reputation as a competent provider of PBS services. Our Practice Lead will professionally drive, advocate, challenge and be a champion for the organisation’s focus and determination for the quality of life of the supported individual.
Through their work the Practice Lead will provide ‘hands on’ practical support to staff, individuals, and families, providing a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement and measurable positive impact.
Through good leadership the Practice Lead supports the development of staff specialist knowledge and skills and maintains motivation and determination to deliver the organisation’s focus on the quality of life of the supported individual
