Sally joined ARC in March 2020 from a background in administration and customer service. She looks after the day to day administration of our Qualifications Centre, including handling new enquiries, registering new learners and keeping all records up to date. Sally also organises our yearly Standardisation event for Assessors, and ensures the smooth running of our External Quality Assurance visits.
