PVG Online
From the 30th June, 2021, Disclosure Scotland, will no longer be able to accept PVG applications by email. Â All email applications received after this date will be returned.
All applications should now be made via the new online PVG system. This is a faster and more efficient way to apply.
Employer Referrals
When an individual is permanently removed from regulated work for harmful behaviour, employers have a duty to make a referral to Disclosure Scotland. This also applies if the individual left before they could be dismissed.
This is an important part of safeguarding children and adults from further harmful behaviour by an individual.
