Yourway is a person centred organisation based in Plymouth supporting people with a learning disability in Devon and Cornwall. We want everyone to have the opportunity to achieve the things they want out of life. Everything we do is about valuing and supporting people with a learning disability. Any adult with a learning disability can access our services, which include:
- Consultancy: We offer a range of consultancy services to service users, carers, providers, professionals, advocates and commissioners.
- Enabling: We offer opportunities to people with learning disabilities so they can choose how we support them. By helping them to have a say in the decisions that affect them, we are able to aid them in new and innovative ways.
- Outreach Services: Our Outreach or ‘floating’ support comes to you in your own home. We can help you with things like budgeting, accessing benefits, health and community care services, establishing and maintaining social support, developing home-management skills, such as cooking and cleaning.
